Week 9
Another Week! Honestly time is already going fast even though its been like 4 weeks in the field.
This weeks been pretty eventful. Two weeks ago we were in splits and we visited a family that the sister missionaries have been teaching. She's been going to church for 5 years but never baptized bc of some reason. But so the Hermanas, Elder Petronilo and i went and taught them. She said that she had a dream that she needs to be baptized at the end of December and so we just taught her the importance of baptism and then she accepted the fecha for this last Saturday and She chose me to Baptize Her!! It was my first baptism and it was awesome. I don't have a pic with her bc i forgot my camera but she has a great spirit. We also had a baptism in our area! He is 10 and his dad is less active and his mom isn't a member so we are trying to get her ready for baptism and everything. But his Grandpa Baptized Him! Ill attach a pic with them!
But some other news. We have a mini missionary con nosotros this week. He's from a Ward in Patzicia and its to help prepare them for their mission. He lives with us and does everything a missionary does. Its pretty cool bc its like I'm helping train in my training haha. But i still have a lot to learn.
I didn't even realize it was thanksgiving until i got back to our house at 9. Everyone in my district is from latin countries so they didn't celebrate it so i kinda forgot about it. I hope Christmas isn't like that haha.
Other than that, there is not much else to share haha. I miss and love all of
you.
